Unhappy can't receive mail

I am trying to configure a mail server on my server, which I have successfully done before, however this time it is not working! For some reason sendmail will only deliver mail to me when I send it via that actual server. I have checked DNS, and sendmail's local domains...they are both correct.

Any advice appreciated.

Ok, now I have completely reinstalled sendmail's rpms, now the configuration is default. So next, I added my domain to the local domains file...still no luck. The exact same thing is happening. When I send an email locally, it works, however when I send an email from another server, I never receive it.
