can't install unrar !!!

Hello,
I want to unpack a file.rar , I tried to install unrar , but I can't , This is what I got when I type : sudo apt-get install unrar

sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get install unrar

It looks like the address for the repository mirror is wrong. I can ping tn.archive.ubuntu.com but that doesn't guarantee the subdirectories are correct. Try running the software sources tool (that's Debian, but it may be in Ubuntu) or looking to see if Synaptic has a option to select a different mirror.

thanks a lot, I knew the problem , but I didn't know how to resolve it, I installed software sources tool and changed the dowload server . thanks again
