Can't find Movable Type Open Source

Does anybody know where I can find Movable Type Open Source (MTOS)? There still is an open source version, yes? All links seem to lead back to the paid version now. At this page, there doesn't seem to be an actual download link, unless I'm missing something:

http://movabletype.org/download.html

Perhaps is somebody out there mirroring the latest version? Or know the ftp address to the release repository?
