can't find glipper for mandriva 2009 gnome
 

I messed up my system and had to re-install Mandriva 2009 Gnome and now I do not have the Glipper in the applet list. Does anyone know how to get it there. I researched Glipper and got no help since I don't compile stuff.

Hi,

You need to setup the various contrib software repositories using the instructions at easyurpmu. After the repositories are setup, you can then install glipper using urpmi or rpmdrake.

After turning off the computer for the night and turning it on the next day glipper was in the applet list. Thanks anyway.
