Can't connect to Yahoo chats through Gaim, Xubuntu

Any ideas? I try to join a room, and it says "unable to join, maybe room is full?". So I get a friend to invite me, and it says the same thing. Then he tried to invite me into a room that only he was in, and it still didn't work.

Anyone know what's going on? I can get to the IRC servers for Ubuntu and stuff okay..
