[Solved]Can't access my linux share through samba. I get permission denied.

I setup samba and read the config file but I still can't get my windows to open my shared folder. It list the shared folder but when I try to access it I get permission denied.
I have it configured as:

[Shared Files]
comment = shared
path = /home/mitch
public = yes
guest ok = yes
browsable = yes
Why can I still not access my folder? Its set to public :-(

Sorry. Found problem. Samba was setup correctly but I check the permissions and sharing /home directory was turned off.
