Camserv disconnects remote hosts automatically

I've recently set up my webcam and am using Camserv. I put an image tar in an html file (on the same computer; I have Apache running on it) similar to this: <img src="http://localhost:9192"> -- When I access the website, the image is flawless and updates without error. However, when anyone else visits the website, they see nothing and Camserv prints:
2004-07-17 15:04:50 [mainloop] Accepted new socket: <ip>
2004-07-17 15:04:59 [mainloop] Closing socket: <ip>
What do I need to do to fix this?
