Question Calling my function through MACROS in OpenOfficeWriter

Friends,

I am looking to build a macro that b called every time I open a document and save it to my format. I mean I have build a function for some text encoding, something like cryptography, I want to save the encoded file with my extension, say something like *.crp.

What I am looking for is to call this function when I open document of my extension, decode the matter and display like regular text, and when someone saves the file, my function b called to encode and save the file to the extension I defined.

Also, I want my extension to b addded to the common dialog (Open/Save), so that each time user calls it, he gets the option to call my format.

Do I have to get through the whole of Open Office source code and try this or is there any other way out. I wish if there's some easy way out, like MACROS, I mean some way that I don't need to go through the source code. Its so huge ....

Looking for a solution,

plz mail to

mcp_achindra_linux@yahoo.com

Bye,

With Love and Luck for Life
