Question Cable modem internet connection does not work

I have installed Mandrake 9.1 on my pc. I also have WindowsXP Pro installed.
I can get onto the internet in windows through my cable modem but can't get there from Mandrake. My cable modem is and RCA model DCM245 and the connection is through my usb port. I have tried to set it up using Mandrake Control Center 9.1. I follow the path Network and Internet - Drake Connect - Wizard - Use auto detection - Choose Cable Connect. At this point I see a list of devices or drivers to choose. None of them are for the DCM245 and none of them seem to work. I don't see any option to install a new driver or any other options. How do I get this to work? As a side note, I had it working on my previous pc using the same cable modem. Your help would be greatly appreciated.
