c++ IDE like Eclipse


i really like Eclipse for java programming, but the c++ plugin isnt very good. does anyone have a suggestion that i can use for c++, right now i just use emacs.

well i never used it myself because i just use vim, but most people seem to suggest Anjuta, so thats the IDE i will suggest to you ;-)

Eclipse has a C++ plugin for it's IDE. Go to the Eclipse site and you'll find it in the downloads.

Actually, he said in his post that he had already tried the plugin and didn't like it. Anyway, I've tried Anjuta and it seems pretty good, though I prefer to just use Vim. I haven't tried Eclipse though.

Doh...well, my bad. There is Dev-C++ that's a great C++ IDE. You can find it at sourceforge.net. Laters and sorry for my inability to read, Jeremy
