Burn mpeg2 to DVD

I have a mpeg2 home movie "onlytesting.mpg"
It is 30 FPS, Aspect Ration 4:3
This file is 7,757,965,316 bytes in size.

How do I burn this mpg file on a DVD disc so that I can view it on any DVD player?

Or how do I convert this to a VOB file so that I can burn the VOB file?
