Building usbvision module in RH 7.3

Hello all,
I've been trying to bring up an application on a laptop that has been running on a PC. This application requires the use of a Hauppauge WinTV USB module. I downloaded the latest tar'd driver version from Nogatech and cannot get the module to compile. I'm running RedHat 7.3 and the kernel is linux-2.4.18-3. Has anyone come across this problem? Any help is greatly appreciated!

Bill
