Build iso from package

What program will build the install DVD if I download all the files in a distro including the boot images and stuff? I want to turn it all into a bootable install DVD. It's for Redhat 9.

How to make your own RedHat 8.0 and 9 DVD from the CD ISO images

The above should probably work with minor changes. I've never done this with RedHat but I have with Mandrake and they mostly follow the same directory structure.
