bugzilla sends email to UNKNOWN address

I have installed bugzilla and am trying to get the email notification set.
When I make a change to a bug, and message pops up stating:

Email sent to:_UNKNOWN_
Excluding: wxyz@yahoo.com

the yahoo account is the one that the email should be sent to.

Can anyone help???

Thanks,
Linuxhelpme
