I was trying to install bugzilla,but while installing it was returning the following errors

CGI.pm-3.55/MANIFEST
CGI.pm-3.55/README

I have done that what is suggested on the URL

cpan> o conf make_install_arg ""
make_install_arg

cpan> o conf commit
commit: wrote /usr/lib/perl5/5.8.8/CPAN/Config.pm
