Bugzilla cc all bugs to an email address

Hi,

I'm wondering if anyone can help me. I have a bugzilla installation that has been migrated off an old machine that was running Red Hat 7.3, and on the new machine everything's working okay, except that we need to be able to set it up so that all bugs/changes are sent as cc to a specific user/email address. We used to do this on the old set up but I can't see how to do this on the new one.

Thanks, Tom
