Unhappy bttv 0.9.13 compile error

Hello,

I'm trying to compile bttv 0.9.13 on my Redhat Enterprise Linux WS and getting errors.

Error messages say

/usr/src/linux-2.4.21-4.EL/include/asm/processor.h:61: warning: parameter names (without types) in function declaration
/usr/src/linux-2.4.21-4.EL/include/asm/processor.h:61: field 'loops_per_jiffy_R_ver_str' declared as a function
/usr/src/linux-2.4.21-4.EL/include/asm/processor.h:84: invalid suffix on integer constant
....

/usr/src/linux-2.4.21-4.EL/include/linux/module: 190: invalid suffix on integer constant
/usr/src/linux-2.4.21-4.EL/include/asm/processor.h:190: syntax error before numeric constant
....

I looked into the include files and couldn't see any problem.
What can I do for these ?

Regards,
JHome4U
