Browsing windows folders under linux

How does one change directory to a two-worded folder name in windows in textual mode??

From the /mnt/hgfs/temp folder (under VMWare) I have tried:

1) cd Progra~1 with no succes...
2) cd Program Files with no success...
3) cd Program_Files with no success...

then I gave up and use the file manager program :(

any clues anyone??

TIA

use double quotes around the filename with spaces.

ie:

cd /mnt/"Windows C"

or

cd "/mnt/Windows C"
