browser plugins

Hello All,
I am wondering what I have to do to get my totem to work with my web browser so I can watch movie trailers. I am using firefox v.1.0, and there are some sites that I go to that I can watch the trailers, but there are others that ask for a plugin. I am using Suse 9.2 as my OS.
