I understand Linux does not support brother printers, are there any ways around this?

As for this thread, please mark it as solved and cite that you have a parallel thread.

To mark as solved, you use the Thread tools menu in the site and then mark the thread as solved.

Welcome to LQ. I think either Linux Software or Linux Newbie forums were both fine for the question.

And I think you've seen that when asking for help like that in the future it will be helpful to cite the model number of the printer as well as the Linux distribution and release version you are running.

Also in general, may manufacturers will have Linux drivers on their support sites.
