Boot Disk Configuration

I'm trying to configure my 11G laptop to run half a dozen or so different typed of Linux off a boot disk. It's based on R.I.P. It uses GRUB, as a bootloader. It goes in one, 700MB CD. GPL license.

For now, there are 9 mini distros: Slax, GeexBOX, DamnSmallLinux, INSERT, R.I.P., Mpentoo, Olive, Grafpup, Limp and a memory tester.

This is the site I got it from and I don't really understand the sites advice and would like further help on the matter.

So you want to know how to configure your bootloader to prompt with choices for each one of those distro's when you boot up off it?
