Bookmark management software - what's available & do any work on private servers?

I really need something where I can share my bookmarks (usernames & passwords would be great as well) between all the machines I use. IT is a MAJOT PITA constantly manually copying from like 8 machines, cutting duplicates and reimporting.

Is there anything out there that can do this that doesn't run on a companies server (I won't put my bookmarks on a companies servers). So this has to either be hosted locally or on a web hosting account.

Does anyone know of a solution for this?

I use an old unsupported orphaned app called online bookmarks. php/mysql, I run it on a fedora linux workstation. It does the job for me, it's not mobile-friendly but I just use it for internal lan computers.
