blueproximity still autoloads
Ladies & Gentlemen,
I was using blueproximity to lock and unlock the screen on my laptop but due to the interferance with wifi I decided to stop using it. Now I can't get it to stop loading at kde launch. There is not an entry in ~/.kde/Autostart or ~/.kde/share/autostart to make it run. There is not a config option in blueproximity to control autostart, at least not that I have been able to find. I have made sure that blueproximity is not running at reboot and it still launches. I don't know where else to look. Other programs don't seam to be affected. |

Forgot to mention that I am running Debian Wheezy (testing) and Kde. No other gui is installed. |
Ah,
Found it /etc/xdg/autostart It only took 20 some google pages and 2 evenings. Not to bad as far as it goes. The full list of kde start locations ~/.kde/Autostart ~/.kde/share/autostart ~/.config/autostart ~/.local/share/autostart /etc/xdg/autostart /usr/share/autostart check this page for better details http://www.sharpley.org.uk/node/8 thanks |
