Does anybody know how to stop this from popping up? Why does it even show?

The backupfile in question is normally only created when working on a file, and is deleted when the file is closed. So, there is nothing to worry about.

Go to File -> Edit preferences. There is a section labeled Backup. There is an item for what to do if creating the backup fails. Options are Save (create the backup), abort (don't create the backup), or Ask. The default option is Ask.

also, are there autocomplete options, like for functions?
and another thing... is there any way to clean up the code by having a utility going through, and formatting it (indentations, etc.) so the code is easier to read, and see where brackets start, and end, if they do?

You're a spammer, based on your other two posts, and it is VERY doubtful there is anything wrong with the OP's computer.
