bizhub konica minolta C364e with authentification : kpp not available

We have a Konica Minolta Bizhub C364e working under authentification process controled by login/password on LDAP server.
KM provided us a ppd file for this printer and a software package (kmpu.1.8) to manage the communication between our linux machines and the printer.
I suceeded to install the basic functions such as printing using a lp script (using kpalias), but I am unable to open the kpp module (pop-up windows) which furnishes us the choice of variable information: number of copies, double-sided, B/W or color, and so on..

kpp is a program available in the kmpu sub-directory so not a printer pdd or other real option through cups... so how it is possible to 'activate' this kind of programm during the printing process?
