BitTorrent on redhat 7.3

Hi, I'd like to run a bit torrent client on an old computer I have that's running Redhat 7.3. I haven't explored a whole lot yet, but after trying the mandrake rpms for version 3.3 off, I find myself in a seemingly endless trail of failed dependencies and whatnot. Are there any other bit torrent clients that don't use python or should there be an easier way to set it up? Or am I out of luck for redhat 7.3

You definietely need python, but that doesn't require an RPM. You can always grab the source from the python website. And there's also a curses interface for bittorrent. You won't need anything but python if you use this interface instead of the gui. I believe the file is called Just install python, download the bittorrent source files, extract them to your home folder, and download files with /home/bittorrent/ [filename]
