bittorrent error message

Using Slackware 12.2
Using Bittorrent .4.4.0

I tried downloading with:
bittorrent-curses bittorrent-file
I get this error message:
Quote:
error(s):[16:17:23] Could not load fastresume data: invalid literal for int() with base 10: '1232232609.0' Will perform f |
It estimates about 11 hours for 300mb. I have a high speed connection.
It would only take about 10 or 15 minutes with rsync or wget.

Is this a problem with the program or the website?

Thanks.

I would think it means there are not many people sharing the file you want.
