Bittorrent clients with kick/ban?

Are there any other BT clients, in addition to Azureus, that offer a kick/ban feature? Thanks, Lance

Ktorrent is a good and common client, it has a manual kick/ban feature and has most of the big features everyone needs like IP filtering, encryption, and UPNP. I think most clients offer some form of banning even if you have to manually type the IP to a blacklist.
