Hey,
i have a few questions about my bind (named) install. I have been running it for a few months now and everything was fine. Then one day our ISP changed our "static" (yes i was told that it was static, but sadly it doesn't look like it) ip on us. Now i had to change my zone files, so that they reflect the right ips for my domains that i am a master for.
My question is, is there a way to tell (from your logs) if your zone file has been "pushed" to the root servers? i have gotten friends to try and ping the domain names, and they get "could not find host" errors. But i would like it if i could tell from my own box.
Here's a clip of my messages log file:

Now i have a feeling that the last two lines of the log are what i want to know, but i was un sure and i couldn't find anything about those lines on google or in the DNS-HOWTO.
That being said, if the last two lines of the log are what i think they are (still with me?) that would mean that the zone files for anyrr.com and rcrperformance.com are not getting pushed to the root servers or are getting rejected.
I know it takes a bit for the new zone files to get spread around the Internet, but it has been at least 12 hours since i first made the changes, so i tried again (i thought that maybe there was a need for a reboot) by restarting the server. I changed the serial numbers in the zone files to a higher number before doing so.
Anyways, thanks for the help in advance.
