Big menu fonts in KDE 3.2

Hello all

I tried searching the forums but couldn't find an answer to my question.

I'm using KDE 3.2 in SuSE 9.1 and having a problem tweaking my fonts.

I'm able to change my font size in my taskbar, desktop, applications, etc., but I am frustrated about not being able to change the font size in the application menus. The result is I have my menus and toolbars taking up a lot of real estate that I'd rather have for other things. It doesn't seem to be application specific, I have this problem in Firefox and OpenOffice.
