Bibus locale error

Hi Guys,

tried to make bibus work on my debian sarge system. I used the bibus version 1.1.1-1, which is provided as a debian package. I get the following error when I try to run it:
bibus
Traceback (most recent call last):
File "/usr/share/bibus/bibus.py", line 54, in ?
locale.setlocale(locale.LC_ALL,'en_US') # use english if any problem
File "/usr/lib/python2.3/locale.py", line 381, in setlocale
return _setlocale(category, locale)
locale.Error: unsupported locale setting

Any idea about how to solve this? This peace of software is just great and it make me more independant of my Windooze system.

Thanks a lot for any help,

Cheers,

Ahab
