Yeah, I can confirm it's working without the workaround now.
The documentation copy problem isn't a big problem as I can install it manually after commenting out the line in the Makefile, but the error is the following:

install: cannot create regular file `///usr/man//man8/': Is a directory
make: *** [install] Error 1
I suppose it should be copied to /usr/local/man/man8 on my box, as /usr/man/man8 doesn't even exist.
