Best web editors and graphic programs

I need a WYSWYG editor (for tables, mostly) for my websites, similar to dreamweaver, and a graphic program similar to PS. Any ideas? (I had trouble installing GTK, so please don't let it be GTK based.)

Quanta plus is a quite friendly graphical html editor and more than enough for table editing, and comes with your Mandrake 10 distro.

Try (as is always suggested) www.nvu.com or the Mozilla Composer which comes as part of Mozilla.

no, I couldn't find a rpm either, although you can try to make installation from the source code http://quanta.sourceforge.net/
But, Quanta comes with the Mandrake installation CDs, so from the Drakconf > Software management > Install, should be a piece of cake.
