Best program for deleting files after than a certain date?

I'm managing a file server (Ubuntu Feisty) whose purpose is to be temporary; that is, users are only supposed to store their files for a few weeks and then delete them. However, some users are neglectful and do not delete their files, and our hard drives fill up pretty quickly. I've been going through and deleting files manually, but we have quite a few users and it takes me awhile. I was curious if there's a way to have the system delete files that are older than 3 weeks. Thanks!

So what is it? The point of a forum is to share solutions, so even if you resolve a problem on your own, post back the solution so that others benefit from it.
