best ftp client for Red Hat that supports FTPS

Hello,

I'm looking for an ftp client that can be configured to run from a shell script and support the following.

1. FTPS - TLS 1.2 / SSLv3.3 compliant
2. If possible built in PGP encryption. This doesn't really matter as I can encrypt the files outside of the FTP client.

Unfortunately our supplier doesn't support SFTP hence the requirement for FTPS.

Any recommendations?

Cheers
PJ

lftp supports ftps, and so does curl.
