Beryl freezes my PC on Feisty
 

Hi, I'll try to do as descriptive as possible:

1. Problem: Beryl freezes my PC
2. When: After a little while running Beryl or when changing beryl settings
3. OS: Feisty Fawn Ubuntu 7.04 x86
4. Graphics: 3D enabled with NVIDIA 7300 GS, Nvidia driver from nvidia.com
5. Beryl: Downloaded and installed from Synaptic

Please help! Want my PC running with Beryl

Well i don't know what exactly is wrong, but i run Beryl on my system with the same states (Except my card is NVIDIA 7300 LE), it could have to do with the way you installed it... maybe search for some instructions to install beryl from command line... with Nvidia card, as these instructions are usually formed from people who have done it.. and had it work.. so the drivers and everything work well together... good luck....
