Question BerkeleyDB installation howto

Hi!

I'm trying to install DCTC and after ./configure i got:
Quote:
checking db.h usability... no
checking db.h presence... no
checking for db.h... no
configure: error: BerkeleyDB include required.
I downloaded from http://www.sleepycat.com/ the most recent version (db-4.3.27.tar.gz), untared it... and i don't have any idea how to install this .
I'm noob so i ask for clear explanation .

My distribution is Mandrake 10.1.

I'd grateful for answers...
