I'm not sure I can, unless the package works, then you should try compiling it from source.

After a long research I understood that this problem is because of nvidia graphics card not supporting DGA. If it so how I can get support on nvidia graphics card... Any help is appreciable...

Post your xorg.conf or relevant parts of it, it might be that xorg is not loading the dga module, for example:
Code:
# This loads the miscellaneous extensions module, and disables
# initialisation of the XFree86-DGA extension within that module.
SubSection "extmod"
Option "omit xfree86-dga" # don't initialise the DGA extension
EndSubSection

There doesn't seem to be a module section, but either way you should fix it by running 'nvidia-settings' and having it generate an xorg.conf (to save it to the right place you should be root).
Here's my module section:
Code:
Section "Module"
Load "dbe"
SubSection "extmod"
Option "omit xfree86-dga"
EndSubSection
Load "type1"
Load "freetype"
Load "glx"
EndSection
You may want to commend out the omit xfree86-dga if that is the problem.

why -b 65 ? shouldn't it be:
Code:
streamer -c /dev/video0 -b 16 -o outfile.jpeg
You can also try ffmpeg.

Looks like it only got part of the frame.
I'm not sure what the '-b' option does. Does anyone know. It seems the man page is severely lacking.
