Question bash script flags - conventions

I found a site that had a table of conventions used when using flags, like -i for input, -o for output -s for silent or is that -z?

I just cannot find that site - actually I found a few sites with similar info, can anyone help please?

So what's wrong with those sites with similar info that the one you want to find does different?

Are you going to wait for people to offer you the similar sites before you tell them they're the wrong ones?

Nice site, and yes I know there are no standards, that's why I said conventions.

The good thing about standards is there are so many of them!!!

A bit like the monopolies commision, why is there only one!

https://tldp.org/

I've been using this for the last several years. Once I write something up I have tried recently to run them through https://www.shellcheck.net/ to attempt to learn and make it easy to make myself use sh instead of bash.

For better or worse it's worked out so far.
