bandwidth management tools problem

Hi all,

I've Installed bwm-tools in my RHEL4 box and I create the basid firewall.xml file ( /etc/bwm_tools/firewall.xml) as follows,

<firewall>
<global>
<modules>
<load name="ip_queue"/>
</modules>
</global>
# Traffic flows
<traffic>
<flow name="pc_in" max-rate="64000" report-timeout="60"
nfmark="100">
<flow name="http_in" max-rate="32000" burst-rate="64000" nfmark="101">
http_traffic_in
</flow>
<flow name="smtp_in" max-rate="8000" burst-rate="32000" nfmark="102">
smtp_traffic_in
</flow>
<flow name="p2p_in" max-rate="24000" burst-rate="32000"
nfmark="103">
p2p_traffic_in
</flow>
</flow>
<flow name="pc_out" max-rate="64000" report-timeout="60"
nfmark="105">
<flow name="http_out" max-rate="32000" burst-rate="64000" nfmark="106">
http_traffic_out
</flow>
<flow name="smtp_out" max-rate="8000" burst-rate="32000" nfmark="107">
smtp_traffic_out
</flow>
<flow name="p2p_out" max-rate="24000" burst-rate="32000" nfmark="108">
p2p_traffic_out
</flow>
</flow>
</traffic>
</firewall>

And once I rund the bwmd in foreground ( using bwmd -f ) it gives the following output

BWM Daemon v0.2.3 - Copyright (c) 2003-2006 Linux Based Systems Design

BWMD: Loaded 8 flows and 0 queues
BWMD: Found 1 modules to load
Loading ip_queue...done
IPQ runner started...
Flow runner started...
Stat thread started...
Report runner started...

and when I run the command bwm_monitor to monitor my shaped traffic chains none of the gives current values, even I'm sending and receiveing shaped type of traffic.

but bwmd -f gives the following output in its debugger window ( when I run bwm_monitor)

flowControl: New connection from 127.0.0.1 on socket 5
Sending flow list
Sending group list
List ended
Adding flow "pc_in" to update run

Adding flow "smtp_out" to update run
Deleting flow "smtp_out" from update run
Adding flow "p2p_out" to update run
Deleting flow "p2p_out" from update run
flowControl: Socket 5 hung up
Creating report file /var/bwm_tools/pc_in.dat
Stat error on "/var/bwm_tools/pc_in.dat": No such file or directory
Creating report file /var/bwm_tools/pc_out.dat
Stat error on "/var/bwm_tools/pc_out.dat": No such file or directory

I googled for firewall.xml scripts but didn't found any different with my one. can anybody please help me to figure out what is wrong with this configuration.

Thanx in advance.
