baldurs gate with wine X mouse still appears?
 

Does anyone know how to get rid of the X mouse cursor when playing Baldurs Gate with Wine? It is annoying more than anything. The BG cursor of the hand just follows it around. thanks

I know that appending -- -opengl to the command line fixes mouse issues in warcraft 3 so you might try it

are you playing BG in a window?

I don't have the problem you mention, but then again, my laptop is 800X600 so when I play, its full screen...maybe that's the difference (if the suggestion above didn't solve your problem that is :D )

No more need to run Baldur's 2 from wind0ze ;)
BTW, in Baldur's 1 I didnt have such problem.

BTW2 : It runs greatly from a classic wine, rather than from winex which caused me lotsa problems.
