Backup Software suggestions

Any good (commercial is ok) backup software suggestions?

We will need a reliable backup method, with PIT recovery and Disaster Recovery procedures too.

This will be for a 200K+ user Cyrus IMAP server...Which wont have a backup window.

Are there any free(or commercial) filesystem shadow/ mirror/break mirror backup solutions out there?

thx In advance!
