Backup software for Linux and Windows?

What do you guys uses in Linux to back up your box? How about remote backups across the network of Linux and Windows?

Mondoarchive... www.mondoarchive.com

Creates ISO images that can be burned on CD, also works with NFS and Samba shares.

I think it is great.

Norton ghost supports ext2 & 3, and in the entrerprise edition you can do it across network, although you have to be a billion. to afford it.
