Looking for a linux backup solution that is similar to Retrospect. Are there any out there?

Dantz do provide clients for Linux. This page states that Retrospect 6.0 works with Linux and the page even provides info on where to find it.

I found that by typing "retrospect backup" (No qoutes) into Google, went to the first link, went to their search page and typed in "Linux" and hit enter.

I can't tell you how good the software is because I dont use it.

I know that Retrospect has a linux client. We do not want to do the backup across the network because it will be around 500GB's of data. Want to do the backup to external drives.
