Back-up software for Linux

Hi,
Can someone tell me if there is a program/utility to make an image of my main Linux partition including the bootloader?

I want to make an image of my system so I can put it back easily later on if I mess it up.

Not precisely for creating images, but very useful for backing up nonetheless:

It's a set of shell scripts based on the dar utility, with support for incremental backups etc.

I have it running as a cronjob once a day on both my home and office machines.

Do you have Webmin installed? There's a pretty good backup module in there.

No I do not have webmin,

What kind of backup module is it (What can I do with it?)
