Azureus file resuming on fat32

hey
i'm using Azureus to download stuff to my fat32 harddrive and it works everything when i enable incremental file creation. but the problem is when i save the file i'm downloading it saves it all in lowercase. so say the File is FILE.TXT, it'll save it as file.txt and when i goto resume the file it says Error FILE.TXT is missing and stuff.

is there anyway to fix this?
