Azureus behind firewall

I dont understand why azureus doesnt wanna download torrents, i set up my proxy in azareus with the right ports, using port 6881 on my pc. Using r4 encription to bypass proxy. Btw its not illegal to use torrents at this university, its just the way the proxy is set up. I know other people use utorrent in windows and it works fine.

a good idea would be to copy-paste the configuration from others' win utorrent to your azureus.
