Question awstat question

Hi everyone! I am using awstats right now but I do have a problem regarding the Viewed Content(Pages-URL Top 10). It justs dont fit my needs because the counting of pages or shall I say unique pages that was viewed did not tell the real count. No matter how I set the config of awstats still I don't get what I really want.

Now, I have a script that will do the job for me but my problem is I just don't know where to insert/place it. I wanted this script being run everytime or before I do an update (e.g. running or Is it possible if I make it a plugin or any suggestion that would make my life easier..

Actually the script does a real good thing when it processes my raw apache log files but I have to run it outside awstats and use its output as the LogFile for awstats. This is pretty good but what I really want is that it will be inserted in the awstats if possible.

Again my problem is where to insert this script in awstats.. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
