Question Avoiding rootfstype=jffs2?

Hello

I formatted a NAND in JFFS2, and even though this format is compiled into the kernel statically, I must spell it out in the kernel command line:

Quote:
Kernel command line: ... root=/dev/mtdblock2 rw rootfstype=jffs2
Is there a way to add JFFS2 to the formats Linux tries to detect?

Thank you.
