AVI to DIVX
 
Hi all

running FC 6 here, any one know of any free software that will convert AVI to Divx ?

I found K3B which works well for burning DVD and CD

I want to convert about 700meg worth of avi video to Divx so it can play on my home DVD player that plays divx files.

Look at the mencoder and transcode programs.
